Gininet event tickets

Introduction

Your event needs audience. Your audience needs to possess a ticket to the event. This ticket can be requested from Gininet via the API when the user needs it. See the Create ticket section in our API documentation for more information.

Gininet supports three ticket types with different levels of interactivity

These ticket types are the following:

"NI": Non-interactive ticket
The ticket holder can watch the stream
Maximum number of tickets: 10000
Required stack on ticket holder's platform: HTML5 video tag on browser platform or h.264 video+AAC audio playback capabilities on other platforms
"TC": Text-chat ticket
The ticket holder can watch the stream and send text messages to the organiser and other ticket holders
Maximum number of tickets: 100
Required stack on ticket holder's platform: WebSockets + HTML5 video tag on browser platform or WebSockets + h.264 video+AAC audio playback capabilities on other platforms
"AV": Audio-Video interactive ticket
The ticket holder can watch the stream, send text messages and publish audio+video stream to the organiser and other ticket holders
Maximum number of tickets: 10
Required stack on ticket holder's platform: WebSockets + WebRTC
